Happy Valley Chef

The sausage next to your fried egg and toast at Swiss Cafe looks alright, but is it Valley Chef though?

Only in Hong Kong could a small family owned Californian manufacturer of sausages gain mythical status as the No. 1 choice for any discerning breakfast connoisseur.

Reportedly bankrupted in 2018, the franks made a brief disappearance from Hong Kong and Singapore fridges, but are now back for good it appears.

Happy Valley just reminded me of Valley Chef, and they do have a really nice old Cha Chaan Teng, so it made sense to me to create some tasty wall art from it all.
