    The towel arrived promptly, however once I unpacked it I was already stained! very disappointing for such an expensive product.

    I'm so sorry to hear that there was a stain on your towel. It's not something I find acceptable.

    Sometimes, the stains are from poor QC at the factory, since the towels do travel to peoples home for the tassel tying, and then back to the factory again... It's the Turkish way of doing things.

    I hope you managed to get the stain out and that you're enjoying your towel!

    I bought two of the beautiful Turkish towels as a wedding gift for my friends. I got one navy blue and one teal color, and monogrammed with their names. When they arrived (it did take 7-10 days to get them monogrammed and delivered), it was obvious the quality, size and colors were perfect. My friends absolutely loved them! I will certainly buy them again, as they are such a wonderful gift or addition to home.
