Love Bite - Egg Tart

One of the pillars of Hong Kong snacks.

A bit more refined than a block of stinky tofu, but no less indulgent.

Question is, who does it best, and at what price? Flaky or crumbly? Salty or not? How sweet and how yellow should they be?

I'm firmly in the crumbly and salty category, and dont hold back on the sugar.
